A fresh start is great. Another go at life is even better.
I was initially dubious about documenting my battles over the last nine months, but as I sit here in hospital reflecting on how far I have come, it’s made me realise how bloody proud I should be of what I have achieved.
Let me take you back to August 2019. Life couldn’t be any sweeter. I married my best friend and soul mate on 23rd August, on what was a truly incredible day. We had a relaxing week in Rhodes to come, before our luxiorious honeymoon to Sri Lanka in November.
